1. Information We Collect
We collect personal credentials including registration email, secure scrypt hashed password tokens, and public transaction metadata (transaction ID, subscription plans, subscribed trader references). We do NOT store payment card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords; all transaction data is processed directly by Razorpay.
2. Data Security & Storage
Your passwords are scrypt hashed locally before saving into Supabase / local storage. We employ modern HTTPS protocols, rate limiters, and Helmet header integrations to block unauthorized script execution and SQL injections. Temporary MFA/TOTP codes are stored securely in database tables and removed instantly on validation.
3. Use of Personal Data
We use your email address to authenticate your dashboard profile and issue service announcements. Your subscription metrics are used to compile marketplace leaderboard rankings. We never sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third-party marketing brokers.
4. Cookie & LocalStorage Policies
We utilize standard LocalStorage key-value pairs (`saudaaAdminToken`, `saudaaToken`) to manage secure portal session states. This data is stored locally in your browser cache and is destroyed when your session is closed or when you click "Terminate Session".
5. Data Deletion Requests
Under Indian regulations, users retain the right to modify or request the deletion of their accounts. If you wish to delete your subscriber profile and associated chat/suggestion history, please submit a formal request to our grievance officer at `support@saudaa.com`.
