Since Saudaa delivers immediate digital content (live analytical trading suggestions and real-time messaging access), all transaction checkouts are final. We advise users to review the leaderboard history and check free lounge feeds prior to subscribing.

1. Non-Refundability of Digital Content

Once a subscription plan is successfully processed and credentials are generated, no refunds (partial or full) will be issued. Subscribing unlocks instant, non-retractable intellectual property (trader positions, entry levels, targets, and private chat history).

2. Subscription Cancellation & Auto-Renewals

Subscribers can terminate auto-renewal configurations at any time from their personal user portal dashboard. To prevent the next month's billing block, you must request cancellation at least 48 hours before your current subscription cycle expires. After cancellation, you retain terminal access until the end of your prepaid 30-day window.

3. Technical Gateway Errors

If your bank account is debited but a payment verification error blocks your terminal subscription creation, our payment gateway (Razorpay) will automatically initiate a refund. Funds are credited back to your original source account (UPI, card, or net banking) within 5 to 7 working days, complying with RBI payment flow guidelines.

4. Trader Inactivity Policy

Leaderboard traders compile independent analysis. If your subscribed trader fails to post any analytical suggestions for a consecutive block of 10 days, please contact `support@saudaa.com`. In verified cases of trader inactivity, the platform will offer to migrate your active subscription to another expert of equal rating.
